How do I log my first meal?+
Just open the app and start typing what you ate! Try something like 'grilled chicken salad with ranch' or 'large pepperoni pizza, 3 slices'. Capy will estimate the calories and macros automatically.
Is Capy free to use?+
You get 1 full day completely free with all features — no credit card required. After that, you can choose a subscription plan or continue with limited free features.
How accurate are the calorie estimates?+
Capy uses AI to provide estimates based on typical serving sizes and preparation methods. While we strive for accuracy, these are approximations. For precise tracking, you may want to verify with a food scale or nutrition label.
Can I connect to Apple Health?+
Yes! Go to Settings → Apple Health and toggle on the sync. You can choose to write calories, macros, and workouts, as well as read burned calories and steps from Apple Health.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Capy, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
What if Capy gets my meal wrong?+
You can edit any entry! Tap on a logged meal to adjust the calories, macros, or description. The more feedback you give Capy, the better it learns your preferences.
Does Capy work offline?+
You can view your history offline, but logging new meals requires an internet connection so our AI can process your entries. We're working on offline logging for a future update!
